If you see issues around the building, items that need repair or attention ...

... please take the time to report the particulars to any staff member.

Although most issues are obvious to staff members, or myself, sometimes they can go undetected for a period of time. To avoid accumulating eyesores, take a moment to notify a staff member:

1. in person (bar, ice or office)
2. in writing (Manager's mailbox outside of the office roll-up)
3. by email (in case you remember after you have left for the night - admin@royalkingston.com)

This facility is one of the best of it's kind in Ontario ... feel free to point out any area(s) where improvement or attention is needed. Afterall, the real objective is to continually provide members and guests with the best possible conditions, ice and building, day in and day out!
